Shipping Rates & Online Sales Return Policy:

All items are sent USPS Priority and the shipping cost for an individual item is $10.  The shipping process will be initiated within 48 hours, then you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.

We will gladly return or exchange any unworn items with original boxes within 7 days of delivery. Please send an email within 7 days of when your package was delivered to info@pattinoshoes.com, we will provide you with a return authorization number and you can ship the package back. Please send a copy of your invoice with the return authorization number written on it for refund. Returns and exchanges over 7 days of package delivery can be made for store credit only. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 14 days of package delivery. Return all packages to the address below.
